Videos from WhaleClam & Khanacademy: If they were played straight through, most learners would likely have little time to engage with each new idea, and they would likely experience the videos as block lessons. In this case, the lesson would rate low in terms of PID cycles (Q2 or Q4).Should it not be quadrants 2 and 3 for low (weak) PID cycles?

You’re absolutely right. Low PID cycles are Q2/Q3; high PID cycles are Q1Q4. Typo has been fixed and will appear when we do our next refresh. Thank you for catching that.
