After looking at the map, I found that mindset, self-talk, positive psychology, social-emotional learning, mindfulness, and flow are the points on the map I found that resonate with my own beliefs. I clicked on each one and read about what they are and what they mean. For myself, I found that these points are the map are concepts I employ as a student myself and are ones I want to incorporate into my own classroom. The topics I chose to do in fact cluster in a particular area of the map, which is well-being discourses. I believe the key to a well-rounded education is ensuring you as an educator are taking care of your well-being to take care of your students’.
