As I worked through the through the addition puzzles I could see how I need to understand each discernment before moving ahead to the next question. This allowed me time to learn what the new discernment was and how to use it to find the answers to the problems. If I had started with the final problems it would have been very difficult for me to work through the problem as I would not have understood the steps needed. I can see how each discernment builds on the next and allows for a chance to engage and build my understanding. When I got to the final problems, I had to go back to review the discernments which helped with prior knowledge and was able to answer them.
