The personal agency discourses thoroughly align with my understanding of learning and math instruction. This is because I strongly believe that it is important for learning to be authentic to each student, and allow for opportunities including self direction. I believe these are important to keep students engage and maintain effective teaching styles that best suit individual learning styles/methods of a variety of students.
