If you’d like to discuss the map and how you see yourself positioned, please visit the discussion forum. What points on the map most resonate with your own beliefs and practices? Do they cluster in a particular area of the map?

The personal agency discourses thoroughly align with my understanding of learning and math instruction. This is because I strongly believe that it is important for learning to be authentic to each student, and allow for opportunities including self direction. I believe these are important to keep students engage and maintain effective teaching styles that best suit individual learning styles/methods of a variety of students. Thus, the points on the map I resonate with clyster in the middle of the map.
